Bring the file to you —
not the other way.
Files, media, samples and parts are stored vertically and rotated to a single ergonomic access point. One operator, one screen, no aisle walking — and up to 70% of the floor returned to the building.
Every box listed — and opened from the screen.
The archive screen is the operator’s whole world: filter by tag or name, read the live status of each box, and open the right layer without walking the aisle.

What it changes on the floor.
Six reasons records, lab and library managers move from static shelving to rotary storage.
Space optimisation
Internal volume is used vertically and automatically, lifting density and freeing up to 70% of floor area.
Intelligent control
Sensors and the control system identify each item and rotate it to the access point on command.
Fault & alarm
The system raises an immediate alarm on any abnormality, protecting both operators and stored items.
Ergonomic retrieval
Items arrive at waist height — no climbing, bending or long walks down the aisle.
High-density storage
Dozens of trays per column pack far more into the same footprint than static shelving.
Access traceability
Every open, rotate and retrieve is logged with operator, time and item for full audit.
Five taps, one retrieved file.
The interface is read-only on the data it collects and guided on every action it takes.
Read environment
The home screen shows eight auto-collected parameters — users cannot edit them.
Select layer
Pick the target layer with ▲ / ▼; the number shown is the cabinet’s current layer.
Open door
Tap “Open door” to release the access door before any movement.
Open layer
Tap “Open layer” — the cabinet rotates automatically to the selected layer.
Close & log
After storing or retrieving, tap “Close door” to finish and log the operation.

Engineered for daily, heavy use.
Each module pairs a servo-driven rotary mechanism with a light-curtain safety system, overload protection and fault alarms. Trays are rated for heavy archive boxes, media and parts, and the whole bank is monitored from one HMI.
- Servo motor with variable-frequency drive for smooth, quiet rotation
- Light-curtain and overload protection on every access point
- Per-tray load rating for archive boxes, media and small parts
- Single HMI monitors environment, occupancy and faults across the bank
