The container landing isn’t the finish line. That’s where support starts.
Planning drawings before you sign. Export packing that survives the voyage. Assembly guidance and remote commissioning once the crates arrive — and a service line that answers long after the invoice.
Three services that decide how a project feels.
Hardware wins the tender. Support wins the decade. Each service below is handled by Shengmei’s own engineers — from your first drawing to the last assembly question, wherever in the world your archive is.
Planning and Drawings
Send us the room dimensions and collection type. Our engineers return a bay-by-bay CAD layout, aisle-by-aisle capacity estimate and a specification sheet your evaluation committee can score directly.
-
You receive
- Bay-by-bay CAD floor layout
- Capacity & load calculation
- Tender-ready specification sheet
- Returned within 2 working days
Export Packing and Shipping
Every carriage is flat-packed, part-numbered and container-loaded to a packing list that matches your layout — so the right part is the first one out of the crate, not the last. Packing is rated for long-haul sea freight and repeated handling.
-
You receive
- Flat-pack export cartons & pallets
- Container loading plan & packing list
- Part numbering matched to your drawings
- Export documents for customs clearance
Assembly Support and Remote Commissioning
Your own team — or a local contractor — assembles the system using the numbered parts, illustrated manual and step-by-step video. Our engineer joins by video call for the first bay and stays on for the final checks.
-
You receive
- Illustrated assembly manual (EN)
- Step-by-step assembly video
- Live video walkthrough with our engineer
- Remote commissioning checklist
Every container ships with a matched packing list.
Open a crate and you’ll find the same numbers as the CAD layout — each pack labeled with its bay position, so assembly starts from the right end of the room.
- Rail sections — cut to layout length
- Anchor bolts & shim pack
- Joint sleeves & end stops
- Position plan sheet
- Upright assemblies — pre-welded
- Base channels & rollers
- Anti-tilt lock set
- Bay number badges
- Deck panels — per bay quantity
- Shelf dividers & label holders
- Dust tops & side panels
- Clip hardware bag
- Drive units — if electric/smart
- Touchscreen heads & cables
- Hand wheels & locks
- Spare-parts kit & tools
Help that reaches your time zone.
Support doesn’t depend on a site visit. Three channels, staffed by the same engineers who designed your layout — with published response commitments.
Nothing ships until it passes four gates.
Every export order is inspected against the tender specification before a single crate is closed — and the photo and video dossier travels to you as proof.
Raw materials and finished parts verified against the bill of materials before assembly begins.
- Steel gauge verification
- Powder-coat thickness report
- Hardware count vs BOM
Every motor, screen, lock and sensor is powered up and exercised — not sampled, each one.
- 100% drive test per carriage
- Touchscreen & RFID calibration
- Safety sensor response check
Aisles are cycled at full file load to confirm smooth travel and true rail alignment.
- Full-load aisle cycling
- Rail alignment re-check
- Wheel & bearing inspection
Each crate is photographed and videoed before closing, then matched to the packing list.
- Photo + video of every crate
- Crate ID vs packing list
- Container loading & lashing check
A support timeline you can plan around.
Planning a project? Start with the drawings.
Send the room dimensions and collection type — planning support is free, and the CAD layout you receive is exactly what your own assembly team will build from.
