Built in our own factory. Assembled in 40+ countries.
Shengmei supplies mobile compactor shelving to government archives, hospitals, universities, courts, museums and libraries worldwide. Every export order follows one controlled delivery path: remote design, in-house manufacture, export packing, then guided assembly at your site.
Five controlled stages. One accountable manufacturer.
Each stage has a defined output and a named owner on our side — the same discipline whether the order is a single reading room or a multi-floor records centre.
Your drawings
Send the room drawing or a marked-up floor plan. Our engineers check floor loading, columns, door widths and service runs remotely.
RemoteLayout & drawings
Bay-by-bay CAD layout, capacity estimate and specification returned within two working days.
48 hoursManufacture
Cold-rolled steel cut, folded and powder-coated in our own factory — no outsourced frames.
15–25 daysExport packing
Every bay is flat-packed, part-numbered and container-loaded to a packing list that matches your layout exactly.
Week 4Guided assembly
Illustrated manual, numbered parts and step-by-step video — your own team or local contractor builds it with our engineer on a video call.

Splitting a mobile shelving project across suppliers transfers every interface risk to you. One manufacturer closes those gaps before they open.
Factory-direct, no trading layer
Quotes, engineering answers and spare parts come from the people who bend the steel — not from a middleman relaying questions across time zones.
- Own production line, 15–25 day lead time
- Factory pricing without agent markup
- One accountable contact through the order
One platform, three operating modes
Manual, electric and smart systems share the same rail, carriage and shelving engineering — so parts, training and expansions stay compatible for a decade.
- Identical shelf pitch across all modes
- Retrofit motor or touchscreen kits
- Common spare-parts inventory
Export packing built into the design
Bays are engineered for flat-pack shipment from the drawing stage — part numbering, crate order and container plan are decisions made before cutting steel.
- Sea-freight-rated cartons and pallets
- Packing list matched to bay numbering
- Full customs documentation set
Supplying archives across four regions.
Projects delivered to government, healthcare, education and cultural institutions — each region with its own tender rules, voltage standards and packing route, all handled from one factory.
A records centre that doubled capacity without moving walls.

Municipal records centre — 96 bays of manual compactor shelving in a single hall.
The existing static shelving filled the room floor to ceiling. Our layout replaced it with five mobile runs on one rail line, cutting occupied footprint in half and leaving a wide service aisle for trolley access.
Three ways into the reference base.
Follow the route that matches how your evaluation team works — by the sector you belong to, the system you need, or the support you expect after signing.
